The test requirement is quite simple really (only 2 req!):
1) Test requirements will depend on the decision of e JR or FAM master, whoever is present at that time
2) We aren't as particular about skills nowadays and most people enter on e basis of friends (we kidnap ppl =p) and so one of e judging criteria wld be the person's personality. Since I trust my members judgement, sld be no prob getting into e FAM but if e new member gets 3 strikes against him/her for bad/inappropriate conduct, sry u're out ;D
